About me

Hi, I'm Stefi.

I come from Spain, but I've called Denmark home for the past 14 years. Like the cliché that I am, I moved here, fell in love with a Dane, and ended up with a house, a husband, and two wonderful boys.

For most of my adult life, I worked in the corporate world. But after experiencing a traumatic first birth, I found myself questioning much of what I thought I knew about pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

At the same time, I discovered somatics and the work of the nervous system. It felt a little like coming home to something I hadn't realized I had been missining.

The more I learned, the more I wondered why we try so hard to control something as wild, complex, and deeply human as birth.

Because women are different.

Bodies are different.

And every birth is different.

That curiosity became the beginning of my journey as a doula.

Today, I am passionate about helping women reconnect with trust in their own bodies and intuition. Not because I believe I have all the answers, but because I believe most women already carry far more strength, wisdom, and capacity within themselves than they have been led to believe.

My dream is to bring a little of the village back.

More community.

More compassion

More support.

More knowledge, shared from woman to woman.

And fewer women navigating one of life's greatest transitions alone.

That is the vision that inspires everything I do.
